Hemamali de Silva
Manager – Media Operations

The primary responsibility of Hemamali is to ensure that the collection and flow of media-related data conforms to the highest standards of quality as demanded by the MR Industry – a responsibility that she discharges with a sense of commitment based on the experience of 20 years at SRL.

Nishantha Dharmarathna
Manager – IT

The third important member of the ‘media triad’ at SRL. Apart from attending to all computer-related in-house problems, Nishantha has the added responsibility of ensuring that the data processing operations progress smoothly and in accordance with the pre-set time schedules.

Rathnasiri Kodituwakku
Manager – National Field Operations

Rathnasiri is responsible for the planning & supervision of all field operations and the training of all field staff at SRL. He counts over 10 years experience in this field and is currently responsible for the successful conclusion of approximately 200,000 face-to-face interviews per annum.

Preethika Perera
Manager – Panel Research

When SRL decided to venture into the field of Panel Research; the Management had no hesitation in appointing Preethika as its first Manager. With experience of nearly 15 years in various aspects of field operations, Preethika excelled in discharging her new responsibilities which included the recruitment and overall supervision of members of the various consumer panels established by SRL.
